We had a very blessed Christmas!

Brandon & Felicia loved what Santa brought them, a kitchen.

On Friday we traveled to Lebanon, MO to see my family.

Opening Presents at Gma Jan's!

This is the same high chair I use to play with when Iwas a little girl.
Felicia actually sat in it and got stuck so we had to remove the tray for safety purposes.

Thank you, Tara for letting us borrow your DVD player! I am sure it saved our sanity!

Everyone enjoyed playing the Wii!

My 81 year old Grandma and 15 year old cousin.

Life is Good

Lately, all I have heard from my four year old son is that he wants a baby. I have no idea where he got this idea because it was not from me and I know Chris would never give him such an idea. Now you may think "aww, how cute!" And I can tell you at first I thought so as well but now I am just not sure.

He named the baby over a month ago. After his favorite song by Stellar Kart 'Life is Good'

A couple of weeks ago he found out that a little friend was going to have a baby sibling and he threw himself on the floor and screamed "It's just not fair! I want a baby!" (He later told his daddy that he wanted a baby first)

About a week ago while we were Christmas shopping he put some baby items in the cart. I asked him what he was doing and he told me he was buying a present for the new baby. "What new baby?" I asked. And he said "Mooooommm, you know, Life is Gooder!" (In a 'duhhhhh, mom how could you forget' voice)

If I even mention the fact that there will probably not be anymore babies in our family he starts crying, saying "but what about Life is Gooder?"

I don't know what to tell him so I am just praying that he grows out of this stage and onto something else.

Children go through crazy phases all the time, what phase drove you nutty?
